Terms of Use
The rules for using BREAC, including subscriptions, fair use, cancellation, and AI-generated practice guidance.
Last updated: 24 June 2026
What BREAC provides
BREAC provides self-serve British English accent practice guidance, including IPA, rhythm, tone, connected speech, and speaking drills. The product is designed for practice and learning support.
No human coaching or certification
BREAC is not a human coaching service, pronunciation assessment, employment service, immigration service, education certificate, or clinical speech service. Contact channels are for account, billing, technical, and team access support only.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity on your account. You should use accurate account information and contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. The price and plan features are shown before checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period.
Cancellation
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe billing portal from your BREAC account page. If you cancel, access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period. After that, your account returns to the free plan unless another plan is active.
Usage limits and fair use
BREAC uses plan limits to keep the service reliable and commercially sustainable. Limits may include daily practice count, character allowance, and future voice allowance. You must not try to bypass limits, overload the service, scrape the app, resell access, or use automated systems to create excessive requests.
Voice features
AI voice practice is planned as a later rollout. Fluency may include a fair monthly voice allowance when voice opens. Extra voice usage may require an additional paid add-on or higher allowance. BREAC will not describe voice as unlimited unless that is explicitly stated on the pricing page.
AI-generated guidance
BREAC uses AI to generate practice guidance. AI output may be imperfect and should be treated as learning support, not a guaranteed pronunciation judgement. You are responsible for deciding how to use the suggestions.
Acceptable use
You must not use BREAC to create unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or rights-infringing content. You should not submit confidential, highly sensitive, or third-party personal information unless you have the right to use it.
Availability and changes
BREAC may be updated, improved, paused, or changed over time. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may adjust features, limits, or pricing for future billing periods.
Refunds
Refund requests can be sent to asude@londence.com. Refunds are considered case by case, taking into account billing status, usage, technical issues, and applicable consumer rights.
