How BREAC handles account details, practice text, subscription records, and future voice features.
Last updated: 24 June 2026
Who runs BREAC
BREAC is a British English accent practice product created by Asude Tarlaci and operated as a product of Londence. You can contact us at asude@londence.com.
What we collect
We collect the information needed to provide and protect the service:
- account email address and login session information;
- practice text you submit, such as sentences, passages, or presentation lines;
- generated practice results, including IPA, rhythm, tone, connected speech, and drills;
- saved practice history if you are logged in;
- subscription plan, subscription status, and Stripe customer references;
- basic technical information needed for security, troubleshooting, and service performance.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide the app, generate your practice guidance, save your history, manage subscriptions, apply usage limits, improve reliability, prevent misuse, and respond to support requests.
AI processing
When you create a practice session, your submitted text is sent to an AI provider so BREAC can generate British RP practice guidance. Avoid submitting private, sensitive, or confidential text that you would not want processed by an external AI service.
Payments
Payments and billing are handled by Stripe. BREAC stores subscription status and Stripe customer or subscription references, but does not store your card number or full payment details.
Service providers
BREAC uses trusted service providers to run the product, including Supabase for login and database services, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, and OpenAI for AI practice generation. Voice providers such as ElevenLabs may be added when voice features are released.
Voice features
Voice features are not part of the first public launch. Before voice recording or AI voice practice is enabled, BREAC will explain what audio data is processed, whether it is stored, how long it is kept, and which provider processes it.
How long we keep data
Account and subscription records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for billing, legal, tax, fraud prevention, and support purposes. Practice history is kept so you can return to it, unless you delete it or ask us to remove your account data where legally possible.
Your choices and rights
You can delete saved practice history inside BREAC. You can also contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data. Some rights depend on the legal basis for processing and may have limits.
Marketing
BREAC does not need marketing emails for the MVP launch. If marketing emails are added later, they should only be sent where there is a proper lawful basis and a clear unsubscribe option.
Contact and complaints
For privacy questions, email asude@londence.com. If you are in the UK and are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office.
This page is a launch-readiness draft and should be reviewed before public release.
